Outfit Highlight: One Plaid Shirt, Six Outfits

Happy Monday my friends!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I had a great birthday weekend filled with two of my favorite things, good food and quality time with the people I love. The best part was when my girls woke up at 7 a.m. to cook me breakfast, all on their own. They did an awesome job but really just the fact that they thought of doing such a thoughtful thing for my birthday made me happy.

I’m really excited about this post! Remember back in September, I was on the hunt for a plaid shirt and posted about it here. Well, after waiting forever I eventually got to purchase my top choice on sale, which was the Madewell ex-boyfriend shirt in cherry plaid. So I thought it would be fun to recreate the three looks that I shared in that same post in real life. On top of that, I took each look from fall to winter for a total of six different outfits. Just making sure I get the most mileage out of this plaid shirt!

  2. I love these types of posts! And every single look turned out great! I have a problem with being creative with my outfits, if I know a certain combo looks good then I usually keep pairing it together. I like how posts like this encourage me to think outside the box a little more.

  3. Such a great remix post, Cynthia. One can do so much with a plaid shirt. I actually own a similar plaid shirt which I recently wore over my little white lace dress. Happy to see you did the same. My top 3 looks here are 1, 5 & 6. Looks like 2015 will be so stylish for you. Looking forward to more.

    Happy Monday! Ada. =)

  4. Wow, I love all the ways you have remixed this! It makes it look so versatile and easy. Well done. So glad you had a nice birthday weekend. That is so sweet of your girls! They sound pretty special.
