Happy Monday, my friends!

Hope everyone had a fun Halloween. How can you not with all that candy, right? The best part is that it wasn’t freezing cold. Temperatures have been surprisingly mild this season and I hear it’s getting up to the low 70s during the week. Yay! The highs and lows that fall weather brings makes it a little tricky getting dressed. I bundle up in the morning but I find myself shedding my layers by early afternoon.

When I saw this fringe coat from SheIn, I thought it would be the perfect layering piece for fall. The coat pictured on the SheIn website appears to be closer to a wool knit material but the one I received is closer to a fleece material, which makes it super soft, cozy and comfy. As you know, I’m big on comfort without sacrificing style and for me, this outfit epitomizes this ideal.

  10. It is supposed to be so nice and warm this week but I thought on Halloween night it was cold and rainy. We got so few kids this year. And I didn’t take Vivian trick or treating since I was feeling lousy.

    I think Shein needs to send me that same coat. I love it, especially that it is an open belted style and features some fab fringe. I also love that graphic long-sleeve tee.

    • In general, especially for bottoms, they do run small. For this particular fringe coat, it was more true to size. I got the medium based on my previous purchase but should have gotten the small. Hope this helps!

  18. That’s such a fun jacket, I love it with the graphic sweatshirt and leggings. The weather’s been kind of all over the place here too–cold in the morning, warm in the afternoon. Good thing for layers!
