Happy Monday, my dear friends!
After a couple of days of torrential rain, temperatures cooled down quite a bit over the weekend. I thought it was the perfect time to wear this soft and cozy short-sleeve knit top that I’ve been dying to wear. Although I have to admit I could have used a cozy jacket as well. It was that chilly! Wearing this top is akin to wearing your favorite comfy sweatshirt. This top paired with my J.Crew scuba skirt takes comfort to a whole new level.
But how do you make these two “sweats-like” items look chic and stylish instead of plain and unpolished? Statement necklace to the rescue. I think this tribal-inspired Forever 21 necklace adds the flair that this outfit needs, along with a pop of color via the fiery red Banana Republic clutch, which I’ve featured previously as a crossbody. And of course, the tie-up sandals add a little fun as well.

Great necklace! I have found some great and unique pieces at Forever 21. And you can’t beat the prices. Love the bright blue and coral together. And WTH with the weather. I was in a tank and shorts sweating at a soccer game on Saturday and had glove on tonight at practice.
